TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. The joining fee and monthly contribution shall be as outlined below, unless revised by the Governing Body of the Society:

A. Joining Fee 140 (One Hundred forty Rupees)

B. Monthly Contribution 30 (Thirty Rupees)

i) There is also a provision of depositing an amount of Rs. 500/- (Rupees five hundred only) as joining fee and monthly fee of one year (12 months) at a time. The above fees shall be deposited online, within the stipulated date.

II. The Governing Body retains the authority to adjust the amount of monthly/annual subscriptions periodically. Additionally, for specific projects or purposes, the Governing Body may collect additional contributions beyond the standard monthly fee mentioned above.

By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and possess no criminal background.

• Adherence to Mission and Values: As a member, you commit to upholding the mission and values of CFAC in all activities and interactions.

• Membership Selection and Removal: The core group reserves the right to select and remove members without prior notice or explanation for instances of misconduct, misbehavior, or any form of indiscipline.

• Membership Fee: All applicants are required to submit the membership fee along with the application form. In the event of rejection, the membership fee will be refunded within two months.

• Conduct and Ethical Standards: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the values and ethics of CFAC. Any behavior contradicting these standards may result in the termination of membership.

• Confidentiality: Members are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared within the organization, respecting the privacy of fellow members and the organization itself.

• Commitment to Participation: Active participation in CFAC's events, programs, and initiatives is encouraged, fostering a vibrant and engaged community.

• Amendment of Terms: CFAC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be duly informed of any changes.

• Termination of Membership: Membership may be terminated by the member or CFAC by providing a written notice. Termination does not exempt a member from adhering to obligations incurred before the termination.

• Grievance Redressal: Any concerns or grievances should be communicated to the designated authority within CFAC for resolution.

• Legal Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their association with CFAC. By submitting the membership application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
